Founded in May 2025, Shumaker Commercial Real Estate (SCR) was established after spending five successful years with Central Ohio’s leading commercial real estate firm.
During that time, I specialized in large multi-family properties, land, retail, office assets, while building a strong track record of client success and market insight. In 2023, I led the acquisition and sale of one of the largest multi-family portfolios in the region — a career milestone that affirmed my vision for launching a firm centered on expertise, integrity, and client-focused service. As the Principal Broker of Shumaker Commercial Real Estate LLC, I remain committed to the commercial sector and to building a high-performing team. Our mission is clear: deliver knowledgeable representation, strong relationships, and meaningful results across the region’s dynamic real estate landscape.
